The People’s Committee of TDM city has just organized a training course on application of the Quality Management System in accordance with the national standard TCVN 9001:2008 for the local cadres and civil servants.

In addition, the People’ Committee of the city has sent cadres to classes on improvement of their knowledge on the quality management system in administrative reform and new knowledge pertaining to checking administrative procedures and making them public.

In the first seven months of 2013, the People’s Committee of the city also launched many emulation movements studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings among cadres and civil servants in association with administrative reform. At the city’s offices to receive citizens, “Smile at receiving citizens” is seen an action slogan for cadres and civil servants to improve their working style.
