This not only elevates Binh Duong's position, but also increases confidence of investors and businesses, makes a breakthrough in FDI attraction, attracting white-collar workers, creating a foundation for service development, high-tech production.

During a recent visit in Binh Duong, Kho Choon Keng, Chairman of the Federation of Hoa Sing Industry and Commerce, said that he and Singaporean businesses appreciate the socio-economic development and investment environment of Binh Duong. “Participants of this program are reputable, capable businesses that are willing to cooperate with Binh Duong partners. Hoa Sing Industry and Commerce Federation will support members in trade promotion and business activities in Binh Duong,” said Kho Choon Keng.

The prospect is more open to high-end service industry because Binh Duong always creates favorable conditions for foreign partners to invest in priority areas. Over the first 3 months of 2023, Binh Duong attracted more than 437 million USD of FDI capital, bringing the total registered capital of the province to nearly 40 billion USD, including many high-quality commercial and service projects.

In March, an event that is a push for commercial and service development of Binh Duong is WTC Tower officially signing a cooperation agreement with partners to complete the utility chain in the new city. This is also a trading opportunity between businesses that are and will invest in Binh Duong, in which, there is the cooperation of leading brands, such as: Highland Coffee, GS25, Pho Sam Ngoc Linh, The Cup Coffee, and Ro Plus… In addition, strategic brokers signed cooperation agreements, such as: VNTT, CBRE, Vietcombank Binh Duong, Home Next, Nam Phat ICD, Colliers, Tam Hoa Loc... contribute to utilize the potential of high-quality service development of Binh Duong new city in particular and the province in general.

In fact, this complex at the roundabout of World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC) has been playing a good role in the development of a balanced economy in order to narrow the gap between industry and commerce - service in provincial economic structure.

Huynh Dinh Thai Linh, Director of WTC BDNC, said that WTC BDNC has been doing a good job in stimulating economic exchanges, trade - services, research and development, and technology transfer. This is also a place for cultural interference between Vietnam and other sources in the world, to better meet the needs of material and mental lives of people and businesses. Linh also said that in early March, WTC BDNC and COEX (Korea) signed a strategic cooperation agreement related to the organization of smart factory exhibitions, automation of logistics, and implementation of innovation programs in Vietnam manufacturing industry. The exhibition was held at COEX (Korea) with an unprecedentedly large scale. It is expected that the event will bring together 500 exhibitors and 2,000 booths. “We are delighted to support the growth of the manufacturing industry in Vietnam through this partnership agreement. This is an important step to realize the vision of building Binh Duong province into an innovation and technology center of the manufacturing industry,” said Huynh Dinh Thai Linh.
