Tree planting festival in celebration of Uncle Ho’s birthday launched

Early May 15, Bau Bang district’s People’s Committee in collaboration with Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (Becamex IDC) held a ceremony to launch a tree planting festival in celebration of the 129^th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s birthday (May 19, 1890-May 19, 2019).

At the ceremony, leaders of the district called for all officials, Party members and people to actively take part in the “Forever grateful to Uncle Ho” tree planting festival and the tree planting movement launched by Uncle Ho; highlight the importance of planting trees.

After the ceremony, the local Youth Union members and pupils planted more than 200 green trees around the district’s administration center.
