The first Property and Financial Services Expo-VPF 2010 opened in Hanoi on October 5 under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VREA).
The exhibition provides a good opportunity for investors and management agencies to share information about the property market and exchange views about financial regulations in real estate and finance.
VREA Chairman, Tong Van Nga said VPF 2010 gives investors and businesses a chance to gain useful information on property projects in a transparent manner which will help stablise the real estate market.
A Real Estate and Financial Services exhibition and a seminar on Solutions for Sustainable Development For the Property Market will also be held during the expo. VPF 2010 is expected to attract 50 enterprises involved in real estate, finance and about 200 guests.
With a display area of over 1,000m2, VPF 2010 will present real estate projects underway through models and high quality pictures and introduce convenient services such as design and investment consultancy, construction, housing loans, policy advice, and logistics and financing.
The event will run until October 7.
