Vietnam records 500 new COVID-19 cases, no related death on Dec. 7

The national COVID-19 caseload rose to 11,519,011 with 500 new cases recorded on December 7, according to the Ministry of Health.

With 118 patients given the all-clear during the day, the number of recoveries rose to 10,609,257. 

Meanwhile, there are 44 patients needing breathing support.

No death from COVID-19 was recorded in the past 24 hours. The total fatalities remained at 43,178.

With 30,802 doses administered on December 6, the total number of doses of COVID-19 vaccines injected rose to 264,792,541./.
