All participating Vietnamese students have won medals at the 23rd International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) being held in Thailand from July 22-29, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training.

 Nguyen Vuong Linh and Le Khac Minh Tue from the High School for Gifted Students under the Hanoi University of Science pocketed a gold medal and a bronze medal, respectively.

 A silver went to Nguyen Tan Sy Nguyen from the High School for Gifted Students under the Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City and Nguyen Hoang Yen from the School for Gifted Students under the Hanoi National University of Education earned another bronze.
