Voter turnout reaches 99.43%

Early May 28, provincial Election Committee said that as of 9 p.m. on May 23, the province had 1,705,031 out of 1,714,793 voters participating in the elections of deputies to the 15th National Assemble and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure, or  99.43% of total.

Particularly, the rate for voter turnout in two districts of Dau Tieng and Phu Giao reached 100%. There were five districts, towns and cities with the rate for voter turnover at over 99%, including: North Tan Uyen district (99.96%), Tan Uyen town (99.9%), Thuan An city (99.47%), Bau Bang district (99.31%), Thu Dau Mot city (99.23%). Two  cities and towns with 98% and above in voter turnout were Di An city (98.5%), Ben Cat town (98.39%).
