The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hoang Dieu-Victoria high school at 5/119, Thu Khoa Huan street, Hoa Lan quarter, Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An town was held on the morning of January 1.

The nine-storey school is built on a total area of 4,299.67sq.m with a total investment capital of VND200bln. It will be completed and put into operation after two-year construction with 67 rooms.

It is known  that the school was established under the decision of provincial Department of Education and Training and has begun enrolling pupils since the 2009 and 2010 academic year. During the initial period, teachers at the school tried their best in teaching despite difficulties in terms of material facilities, winning faith in parents and pupils.
