Workers ‘Month with practical activities

In response to the Workers ‘Month 2020, provincial Youth Unions at all levels have organized many practical activities at lodging facilities, contributing to supporting young workers living away from home.

Law dissemination

Provincial Youth Unions al all levels have actively engaged in law dissemination activities among young workers and laborers, thereby contributing to building up harmonious labor relations, protecting their legitimate rights and interests as well as creating the premise for businesses ‘development.

The Youth Union of An Binh ward in Di An city organizes a festival for the offspring of workers at lodging facilities

Last weekend, the Youth Union of Binh Thang ward in Di An city delivered propaganda leaflets on the Labor Code to workers. The organization board of the Project on “Gathering young workers” of Hiep An ward in TDM city  also made law dissemination among locals and workers at Dang Van Trang lodging facility in quarter 2. It helped laborers know more about the Labor Code, support policies from functional agencies and the State, thereby building up harmonious labor relations.

Many other Youth Union branches in the province attached special importance to coordinating with sectors, organizations to strengthen propaganda activities, raising workers ‘awareness of sharing and accompanying businesses in surmounting difficulties in order to fulfill business-production plans, making labor relations get closer and more harmonious.

Taking care of workers’offspring

Last weekend, the sub-union for young workers in Binh Duong 2 quarter in Di An city’s An Binh ward kicked off a festival for the offspring of workers at 3 sub-unions for young workers at lodging facilities in Binh Duong 2 quarter with many significant activities.

The organizers also offered 3 gifts worth VND300,000 each to the offspring of workers with difficult circumstances. Along with this, An Binh ward’s Youth Union teamed up with Tan Dong Hiep ward’s Youth Union in Di An city to organize a festival for children under the theme of “Joining hands in child protection, abuse and drowning prevention” for more than 70 pupils at a charity class in Tan Dong Hiep ward.

Possibly speaking, volunteer activities of the local Youth Union members left good hallmarks on children with difficult circumstances. These activities contributed to sharing difficulties with young workers living away from home, thereby having a long attachment with Binh Duong homeland…
