Working delegation of Ministry of Justice on working visit to Binh Duong Province

Early July 31, the working delegation of Ministry of Justice, led by Mr. Dinh Trung Tung, Deputy Minister of Justice, had a working session in the province on results of the joint Circular No. 23/2014/TTLT-BTP-BNV of Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs guiding functionalities, duties, rights and organization structure of Departments of Justice and Offices of Justice (hereinafter called Joint Circular No. 23) and implementation of Civil Status Law. Receiving the delegation was Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, and leaders of local Department of Justice, Offices of Justice across districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City, judicial and registrar officials of communes, wards, and townships.

At the working session, the delegation highly appreciated the results of the Joint Circular No. 23 of local Department of Justice by determined and timely implementation of measures to meet the requirements of the circular, particularly the direction of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee and the thorough coordination of departments and sectors.

Addressing the working session, Deputy Minister of Justice, Dinh Trung Tung called upon local department to pursue and grasp up the contents of Joint Circular No. 23 to implement widely in determined manner. He called for concentration on training and improving judicial officials and cadres while reinforcing the allocation and designation of cadres and civil servants to their professional positions. The Deputy Minister also required the Ministerial grassroots to continue their researches and consultancy for judicial agencies in Binh Duong Province to remove obstacles and overcome difficulties. He particularly demanded for the mentioned professional requirements mentioned at the working session including the construction of registrar certificate training framework so that local judicial agencies would be able to implement the standardization of registrar officials and cadres by Civil Status Law.
