Bien Tuan Vu, Secretary of the provincial Agencies and Enterprises Union, Chairman of the Pprovincial Youth Union of Enterprises, is one of the four youth leaders of Binh Duong honored to receive the award on October 15. As a youth leader, Bien Tuan Vu has always been concerned about Union and Association activities, on how to unite, gather, and take care of youths, especially young workers) in the block. From thought to action, he and the Youth Union of the provincial business sector carried out many innovative activities which are diverse from the block level to each agency, unit and enterprise. At the same time, the Block Youth Union and the Block Youth Federation have organized many accompanying programs to support the children of young workers in the block such as Project for the development of the entire Block Youth Union, 50 learning corners for children of young workers with computers given to them, medical examination and health care for children of young workers studying at Little Star Kindergarten, donating youth projects such as "Playground for children", visiting and giving gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers and young workers in difficult circumstances.

Recently, fully aware of the harmful effects of tobacco on people's health, especially young people, the provincial Youth Union - Association of Agencies and Enterprise have carried out a series of propaganda activities on the harmful effects of tobacco in the businesses, places with large numbers of young workers. The new point is that propaganda sessions are carried out right at the workshop and company, taking advantage of breaks, with a large number of young workers. Propaganda sessions often focus on the harmful effects of tobacco and answer questions. In addition, the Block Youth Union and the Block Youth Union also gave gifts to encourage and care for young workers at the unit, contributing to improving propaganda effectiveness.

At the same time, the Block Youth Union and the Block Youth Federation also focus on innovation in taking care of Tet for young workers. Specifically, the model "Spring Bus - Sharing Love" aiming at workers, especially union members in difficult circumstances, is organized at units and businesses to award gifts to young workers who cannot afford to return home to celebrate Tet. During the Lunar New Year 2023, the Youth Union Committee of the Block visited and personally delivered nearly 300 Tet gifts and necessities to members and young workers in difficult circumstances at establishments.

According to Vu, the current work of the association, especially in Binh Duong province, is to organize a Youth Union that is truly a companion and reliable address for young workers. How can workers who come to work in industrial parks know that there are Party organizations, Youth Unions, and Associations available at work? Therefore, Youth Unions and Associations need to expand the solidarity front to gather young workers more effectively to promote the role of young workers.

Vu said: "Association officials, in addition to the requirements of quality, qualifications, and capacity, need to be enthusiastic and concerned with their work. Currently, in my opinion, union officials need to choose activities that are focual, and suitable to the needs of union members, young people, and young workers in digitally transform the activities of the Union and Association to step by step and effectively increase the level of expertise in movement activities, establish new Union - Association organizations, develop union members, introduce elite union members to the Party in the tasks that are both regular, basic, long-term, and important to require appropriate solutions and directions to implement effectively in the near future.”
