Youths in Binh Duong are creative in business start-up

A program of “Youths with business start-up” is one of main programs to be done by provincial Youth Union in 2017 and during the 2017-2022 tenure. Provincial Youth Federation has also set key tasks to effectively carry out a Project on “Supporting business start-up youths for the 2017-2022 period” under the theme of “Youths in Binh Duong are creative in business start-up”.

In 2016, with the theme of “Being proud of Vietnamese youths”, provincial Youth Unions at al levels fulfilled and even surpassed the set targets. Particularly, they constructed 17 houses of compassion, 5 houses of dream, 7 model youth lodging facilities; developed 798 cultural book baskets; organized 40 blood donation campaigns with 6,039 units of blood; provided free medical check-ups and medicine for 16,149 people; monthly maintained “Green Sunday”, “Voluntary Saturday” programs; realized practical works in celebration of the 85^th founding anniversary of the HCM Communist Youth Union, the 60^th anniversary of traditional day of Vietnam Youth Federation…

They also attached special importance to propaganda work; organized forums and festivals, namely “I love my nation”, “Being proud of Vietnamese youths”…Besides, they set up additional 168 branches, clubs and groups with 15,380 members, bringing the total number of such ones so far to 3,694 with 163,380 members…

In 2017, with the theme of “Youths in Binh Duong are creative in business start-up, provincial Youth Federation has set forth some basic targets, including organizing consultancy on business start-up for 5,000 youths; supporting 3 initiatives by youths that will be turned into business start-up projects; introduce stable jobs to at least 70 youths who gave up bad things…

To well fulfill the set targets, provincial Youth Federation has also put forward such solutions as teaming up with relevant units to organize a series of programs supporting business start-up youths; kicking off the first provincial “Creation in business start-up” contest 2017; opening training courses on business start-up for youths; providing youths with skills for integration and development, improving their social practice skills and establishing a column on business start-up consultancy for youths on provincial Youth Union’s website.

Especially, provincial Youth Federation will attach special importance to promoting “economic cooperative group”, “business start-up project” models among youths; set up “Creation in business start-up”, “Good youth in production-business” clubs…; honor outstanding youths in production-business; organize market-days at weekends…

To gain success in business start-up, youths need to have good preparation in terms of ideas, knowledge, capital…and many others. It is thought that the 2017 theme of the Central Committee of the Youth Union in general and provincial Youth Union in particular will be a motivation for business start-up youths to obtain success.
