100% of provincial and district administrative agencies equipped with electronic information sites

According to Department of Information and Communication, by the end of 2015, 100% of district and provincial administrative agencies have constructed their electronic sites across 18 departments, 2 boards of Provincial People’s Committee and 9 district People’s Committee. Up to date, 100% of the agencies and localities have implemented document management software, satisfying the demands for online document circulation.
Regarding the email system, by the end of 2015, 100% of State-owned organizations and agencies have established local area networks (LAN) and 4,654 official email addresses have been issued to officials and cadres to service the work communication. The implementation of digital signature has been established under the planning of Provincial People’s Committee. In 2015, Provincial People’s Committee has designated Department of Information and Communication to organize training courses of digital instruments and signatures for leaders of agencies, units, and localities in the province.
