Provincial Study Promotion Society has just awarded 106 scholarships for poor-but-excellent pupils.

All these scholarships were funded by Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Co. It is known that each scholarship for primary pupils is worth VND400,000; junior high school pupils VND600,000; high school and college students VND800,000; university students VND1mln.

 

Since early this year, provincial Study Promotion Society has mobilized VND225mln from socio-economic organizations and awarded 257 scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils. The society now works with province-based schools to recheck the list of disadvantaged pupils and will further donate scholarships to them.
