10th Politburo’s DirectiveNo.15-CT/TW disseminated

Early June 6, provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to continue thoroughly grasping the 10^th Politburo’s DirectiveNo.15-CT/TW dated July 7, 2007 on the Party’s leadership over legal agencies in investigating, handling cases and Party protection work. Pham Van Canh, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Council chaired the conference.

At the conference, Phan Ba, Head of the Department 8 under the Central Interior Commission disseminated the 10^th Politburo’s Directive No.15-CT/TW, aiming to further strengthen the Party’s leadership, uphold the role of legal agencies in investigating, settling cases and protecting the Party.

Speaking at the conference, Mr.Canh required the local Party organizations and authorities at all levels to continue effectively realizing the 10^th Politburo’s Directive No.15; to be proactive to overcome difficulties, obviously define the responsibility of each locality, unit in coordination in the fight against crimes and Party protection work in the new context.
