Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee will kick off the 2013 provincial Competition for good Youth Union secretaries tomorrow, September 28.

The competition absorbs 80 candidates who are outstanding Youth Union cadres sorted out from competitions for Youth Union secretaries at grassroots level. The qualifying round of the competition will take place on September 28 and 29 at provincial Cultural House for Children and provincial Youth Union.
