The provincial Council for Young Talent Management just considered to present Doan Thi Lien awards to 33 excellent-but-poor students across the province. Accordingly, as many as 22 high school students will be granted scholarships each worth VND2mil, one intermediate school student will enjoy prize worth VND3mil and 10 college and university students will receive prizes each worth VND5mil.  excellent students received Doan Thi Lien awards in 2010.

In addition, 3 other poor students with fair academic achievements will also enjoy a VND2mil support for each.
