79 workers participate in pre-qualification round of VSIP "elegant male - female workers" contest 2023

The Standing Board of Vietnam- Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP)’s Trade Union has just held a pre-qualification round for the "elegant male - female worker" contest 2023.

The contest attracted 79 candidates who are workers from 25 trade union locals under the VSIP’s Trade Union. In the pre-qualification round, these contestants competed together through the self-selected costume performance. As a result, the Organizing Board selected 20 pairs of contestants (male and female) to enter the semifinal of the contest. The semifinal is expected to take place on May 19 with sportswear and “ao dai” performances.

The contest is an opportunity for trade union locals to exchange and learn from each other, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome trade union congresses at all levels; celebrate the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023), the 94th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2023) and political events of the country.
