Absorption from new models in gathering and uniting young workers

Over the past time, the province’s task of gathering and uniting young workers reached positive results. Many new models were formed up, absorbing numerous young workers.

New models

One of the province’s new features in the task of gathering and uniting young workers over the past time was the birth of clubs “connecting young workers” under provincial Support Center for Young Workers. As of now, the center has established 10 clubs “connecting young workers” with 500 main members. They have worked very effectively, absorbing nearly 1,000 young workers. Since early this year, they have successfully implemented the model of “Kitchen connecting love”, thereby helping sharing difficulties with needy people.

Do Van Trung, Director of provincial Support Center for Young Workers said that the center has planned to replicate the model “Kitchen connecting love”. He added that together with the model, the center has also set up the model of “English coffee house”, helping young workers improve their English skills.

Whilst, the Youth Union of Dong Hoa ward in Di An town over the past time attached special importance to propaganda work among Youth Union members, young workers, especially took care of the spiritual and material lives of young workers. Tran Ngoc Hoang, Secretary of Dong Hoa ward’s Youth Union said that under the program of “Being close to youths, helping them”, the ward’s Youth Union has organized meetings at the weekend to make law dissemination among young workers while touring sub-unions for young workers to catch their feelings and aspirations for timely help…

Activities taking care of young workers

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Secretary of provincial Youth Union said that provincial Youth Union and its branches have always attached special importance to gathering and uniting young workers. Over the past time, provincial Project on uniting and gathering young workers for the period of 2016-2020 upheld its efficiency via many practical activities and programs, namely “Beloved spring”, “Giving strength to young workers”…

Since early this year, provincial Youth Union has awarded more than 1,000 gifts worth nearly VND2billion to young workers; organized a meeting with those who are in charge of the project under the theme of “Improving the effectiveness of uniting and gathering young workers”; strengthened improvement of contents and forms in uniting and gathering young workers; attached special importance to organizing concrete activities in protecting young workers’ legitimate rights and interests; boosted a task of grasping young workers’ thought for timely support and orientation…, thereby contributing to taking care of their spiritual and material lives, ensuring social welfare, promoting socio-economic development and maintaining the local political security, social order and safety.
