Administrative discipline and rules tightened

In the solutions to perform administrative reform tasks in 2021, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee proposed agencies and units to tighten administrative discipline and discipline in the process of performing official duties of the contingent of cadres, civil servants, and officials by formulating and applying the inspection on official duties at all levels including responsibilities of leaders of agencies and units.

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, districts, towns and cities to continue implementing the one-stop-shop and one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures under Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018 of the government on the implementation of the one-stop-shop and one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures; to continue to receive applications and return results through the public postal service according to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 45/2016/QD-Ttg.
