The provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoang Son yesterday received a delegation of ambassadors of nations from Cambodia. The delegation including 40 people representing nations of the US, Cuba, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore… was led by Ngo Anh Dung, Vietnamese ambassador in Cambodia. At the reception, the provincial chairman briefed delegates on local development. Accordingly, the whole province has 28 IPs occupying about 9,000ha, luring US$1-2bil per year.

The province has so far had nearly 2,000 FDI projects, capitalized at over $13bil. Local businesses have some projects investing in Cambodia.

On behalf of the delegation, Dung thanked the provincial chairman’s warm welcome and wished the locality to develop stronger in the coming time.

Also the same day, the delegation toured VSIP, Minh Sang Plaza, Binh Duong New City and Dai Nam.
