An appropriate way
As we questioned why the company chose Binh Duong for the installation of high-tech toilet model, Mr. Hiep said he had attached to Binh Duong, since he founded his real estate company. His idea of hi-tech toilets came at the same time when the province was building smart city. Due to the new idea and good presentation, Hiep and his team convinced provincial leaders to approve and invest in the project of hi-tech toilets in Binh Duong.
Over the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, Kim Hoang Hiep Company held "The Emergency Run" on annual World Toilet Day (19 Nov) in Binh Duong to heighten people's attention to the construction of clean toilets. According to statistics, local people and visitors really liked these new toilets, even foreign visitors were also surprised by these smart toilets.
Currently, Mr. Hiep pays all costs of these toilets by himself. He is considering socialization by selling ads and charging ATMs next to the toilets. Currently, version 2.0 of hi-tech toilets is completed by his company; its cabin includes two chambers, including one 2.88-m2 chamber for people with disabilities. Kim Hoang Hiep Company wants to install more high-tech toilets at places such as schools, hospitals, bus stations... to completely change the habits of using harmful toilets.
In particular, high-tech toilets are able to treat and recycle up to 70% of wastewater; its electricity is generated from 5 - 48V solar power, installation cost is low because equipment will be mass produced. All problems are automatically transmitted to the center for immediate handling...
In addition Mr. Hiep also contacted World Toilet Association to open short-term free courses on toilet design, training staff. He shared that most people considered toilet as an auxiliary work, so they did not pay attention to this. Staff working at toilets should also be professionally trained and give more incentives to do their job.
