Only after 4 years of establishment, Bao Viet Nam Binh Duong Company has developed from a branch to Bao Viet Insurance and become a leading non-life insurance company with biggest over-turn in Binh Duong.

 

In April 2006, the branch was established to serve customers of Bao Viet Binh Duong Company in terms of enhancing working network of the company in focal economic zone of the Southern region, especially industrial parks in this region. By January 2008, the branch was renamed Bao Viet Nam Binh Duong Company.

Recalling the memories, Bao Viet Nam Binh Duong Company Director An Thi Ngoc Diep claimed shortage of qualified human resource for their initial difficulties which included its substitution of services to be enterprises oriented.

in the past years, the company has frequently recruit well qualified employees while opening training classes for its staffs. By this measure, employees to the company can be guaranteed average income of nearly VND 6mln a month with favorable policies. Reasonable strategy of human resource development has helped the company to build up 40 employees who are college and university graduates in its staff. Mrs. An Thi Ngoc Diep has confirmed this to be important foundation for the company to accomplish assignments.

 

As for social security, the company offers various non-life insurance timely to the needs of customers through 3 channels of delivery, agency cooperation, and staffs. The company also diversify its products and do research on the market to appropriate insurance services to righteous elements. Therefore, the company has changed from insurance of liabilities, goods, and laboring to 35 kinds of insurance such as health, medicare, human accidents, housing, general enterprises, etc.

 

In 2007, the company earned nearly VND 50 billion or 82% higher than 2006. From that income, the company submitted over VND 3.2 billion to the budget in 2007 or 202% higher than 2006.

 

Many enterprises including Yazaki, Uni President have buy insurance from the company while 40% of the income is from outside the province.
