Bau Bang district to develop cultural – social fields

 Since its establishment, Bau Bang district has been committed to the development of cultural and social fields. Accordingly, local government often take care of life and timely solve regimes for policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, social protection subjects, especially on big holidays and Lunar New Year. The district also paid attention to vocational training and introduced jobs to more than 10,000 workers; social security was guaranteed.

At present, there are 185 poor households, accounting for 1.13%, and 112 near-poor households, accounting for 0.74%. In addition, health care for the people was also took good care by investment in local Health Center with 100 beds; at the same time, the implementation of national health programs and targets.

In recent years, cultural, art and sports activities have been organized regularly in various forms to meet the demand for spiritual enjoyment of the people and workers. The district also completed the procedures for the construction of a cultural and sports center with a total investment capital of VND44 billion.
