Bau Bang’s value of manufacturing industries increases

According to People's Committee of Bau Bang district, in 2023 the industrial production value of the district was estimated to reach more than VND35,360 billion, an increase of 20.83% compared to 2022 (the 2023 plan is to increase from 20 - 22%). Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue were estimated to reach more than VND9,877 billion, an increase of 24.74% compared to 2022 (2023 plan to increase by 24 - 26%).

Accordingly, trade - service activities in the town were stable; goods on the market were plentiful and diversified. There was no shortage of goods in the area. Agricultural production value was estimated to reach more than 2,339 billion VND, an increase of 4.8% compared to 2022 (the 2023 plan is to increase 4-5%). The coverage rate of industrial and perennial trees reached 73%. The rate of rural population using hygienic water reached 100%.
