Provincial People's Committee has recently issued a document to implement the directives of the Prime Minister outlined in Official Dispatch No. 103/CĐ-TTg dated October 7, 2024, regarding support for enterprises to overcome difficulties, promote production and business activities in 2024 and the following years.
Accordingly, provincial People's Committee has assigned provincial Department of Planning and Investment to take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to effectively implement a support plan for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 2024; advise provincial People's Committee on developing a plan to support SMEs for the 2025-2027 period, including detailed estimates to ensure feasibility and effectiveness. Additionally, the department will collaborate with provincial Department of Science and Technology to provide stronger support and influence for enterprises in the process of adopting 4.0 industry technology to enhance their competitiveness.
Provincial Department of Industry and Trade will enhance trade promotion activities to diversify production, expand supply chain markets and encourage enterprises to export their products to international markets. The department will also continue organizing trade fairs and consumers’ festivals to stimulate domestic consumption and explore other initiatives to boost the purchasing power of the local market.
Provincial Department of Information and Communications will take the lead, coordinating with relevant units to effectively implement the Plan 6574/KH-UBND dated December 15, 2023, for the development of digital technology enterprises in the province through 2025, with a vision toward 2030. This plan aims at promoting the growth of technology companies offering modern technological products, services and form competitive digital enterprises. The department will also work with provincial Department of Science and Technology to accelerate the digital transformation of SMEs and establish a team of experts to support this transformation. Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment will implement mechanisms and policies related to resource circularity to promote green transformation, circular economy, resource conservation, environmental protection and carbon reduction as outlined by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
