Became social house project was started in Feb. 2012 by Becamex IDC. Under assistance of the State, selling price of apartments under the project ranges from VND90-150mn for a 30sqm flat.
Completion of the 1st phase
Became social house project is carried out at 37 locations under the provincial areas of urban and industrial development with the total number of 64,700 apartments, capitalized at VND12,096bn. With effort of the investor, Becamex IDC, after 2 years of construction, the project’s 1st phase has been thus far put into use with nearly 5,000 flats. Of these, Hoa Loi residential area in Thu Dau Mot city completed 2,435 apartments; VietSing area in Thuan An town, 752 flats; My Phuoc Industrial Park in Ben Cat town, 1,388 ones; Bau Bang industrial park in Bau Bang district, 320 ones. These help more than 15,000 people stably settle in the province.
Aside from cheap price apartments,, Becamex social houses are built by solid materials and modern designs. In every area, there are public work, parking lot, park, eatery shops, shopping mall and more, bringing convenience for dwellers.
In order to offer the most preferential price in Vietnam, Becamex IDC assists all value of land using right and infrastructure building of the project.
To ensure works under well maintenance and hygiene assurance after handover, Becamex IDC in cooperation with local authorities instructs and sets up management boards elected by households. The management boards implement regulations set out by the Construction Ministry and take charge of holding community activities relating to order, safety, environmental hygiene, maintenance and improvement of technical problems.
As such, after a short time, the first phase of Becamex social house project was completed on time. According to Becamex IDC, hastening progress of social house project will bring great significance for local sustainable industrial and urban development. The very social houses will create a housing fund to offer stable accommodation for alien laborers, accounting for a huge quantity of workforce.
Renovation in the second phase
To offer advantaged conditions for laborers in the coming time, Becamex IDC today continues to launch the second phase of Becamex social house project with about 10,000 apartments at Dinh Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city and VietSing residential area in Thuan An town and other areas in Di An town. Specifically, in this phase, Becamex IDC will build 6,130 apartments at Dinh Hoa ward and 4,652 ones in VietSing area.
The advantaged feature of the project is that apartments are built inside industrial parks and residential areas and next to schools, hospitals, cultural and sport houses, parks and more.
Nguyen Van Hung, general director of Becamex IDC said that from experience of the first phase, apartment design of the second phase will be renovated. Particularly, there will be larger apartments with the area of 50-70sqm, aiming at big families and fair incomers.
Possibly speaking, Becamex social house project offering stable accommodation for laborers has the best price at present. This project is to bound for local sustainable development.
