Ben Cat is home to 16 self-managing mineral groups

Ben Cat town’s Division of Natural Resources and Environment actively advised the town’s People’s Committee on State administration in the mineral domain over the past time.

Particularly, the division acted an advisor for the town’s People’s Committee to instruct communes, wards to set up self-managing mineral groups based on the local real situation. The whole town has so far had a total of 16 self-managing mineral groups with 144 members.

The division also boosted communication with locals, opportunely discovered and handled wrong cases in tapping minerals, made efforts in protecting the local mineral sources that have not been tapped yet…
