Ben Cat town: 2,530 labors to have job during the first 6 months

In the first 6 months of 2015, Ben Cat town Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Bureau collaborated with local industrial zones and businesses to introduce jobs for 2,530 workers inside and outside the province. 

Furthermore, municipal Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Bureau coordinated with functional departments to inspect regularly the implementation of Labor Code and policies at businesses, namely, annual leave, wages, bonuses, social insurance... in order to contribute to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

In order to create jobs and protect legitimate rights and interests of employees, in the last 6 months of 2015, municipal Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Bureau will continue to coordinate with other agencies to inspect regularly the implementation of Labor Code at businesses, to survey employment, wages, and labor demand at businesses; cooperate with Trade Unions of local industrial parks, representative offices of provincial Industrial Park Management Board to hold dialogues between the leaders of the provinces, town and union officials, workers.
