Binh Duong Customs Department signs cooperation agreement with 3 businesses

Binh Duong Customs Department held the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with 3 enterprises in the province, including U&I Logistics Joint Stock Company, Binh Duong Tourism Trading Joint Stock Company, Sonova Operations Center Vietnam.

According to a representative of Management Supervision Office under Binh Duong Customs Department, the purpose of this cooperation is to enhance and facilitate commercial activities as well as import and export activities of the business community; forming of a customs - enterprise working group, which will be a dynamic factor for cooperating to improve the quality of customs – businesses partnership. Besides, this signing also aimed to guide and support businesses to comply with customs law, voluntarily comply with and prevent violations; improve operational efficiency of customs authorities, transparent operations, and improve the quality of handling administrative procedures in the field of customs...

After discussing and giving opinions, the two sides signed 5 cooperation contents, including: exchanging information on customs policies, programs, plans, and customs - enterprise cooperation activities, prevention of smuggling and trade fraud; formulating legal policies and solutions to reform and modernize export, import, and transit activities; cooperating in implementing customs procedures, developing plans to simplify customs procedures; support solving problems related to customs procedures; supervision of customs law enforcement.
