Binh Duong provincial leaders receive Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia

In the morning of March 8, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with Mr. Agustataviano Sofjan, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Ho Chi Minh City to visit and work in Binh Duong.

The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee delivered an overview of the socio-economic development situation of Binh Duong province over the past time. In 2021, despite being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the province's socio-economic development is still quite stable. Binh Duong has overcome many difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic to achieve many bright results of attracting investment and export. Currently, Binh Duong has totally 11 investment projects of Indonesian enterprises with a total capital of USD 55 million. Binh Duong hoped that Mr. Agustataviano Sofjan would continue to act as a bridge for Indonesian businesses to continue investing in Binh Duong in particular and in Vietnam in general. Along with that is the organization of online seminars, conferences and exhibitions for Binh Duong businesses and Indonesian businesses to connect, exchange and cooperate.
