Binh Duong provincial Police implement 5 specialised groups of traffic safety and order

On the afternoon of March 4, Binh Duong provincial Police organized a conference to deploy the plan of the Traffic Police Division of the Ministry of Public Security on enhancing patrols, inspections, and control to handle violations that are the main causes of traffic accidents. The conference was attended by Colonel Ta Van Dep, Director of the provincial Police, Colonel Ngo Xuan Phu, Deputy Director of the provincial Police, and leaders of the Police in 9 districts, towns, and cities.

According to the plan, the entire provincial traffic police force will focus on 5 specialized groups, including violations of alcohol concentration, drugs; Overloading, exceeding weight and size limits, "modifying" the vehicle's cargo area and crossing the safety line, speeding violations, violations related to overtaking, road sections, lanes, failure to comply with traffic signal orders, using counterfeit documents related to the driver and vehicle.

Colonel Ta Van Dep requested the traffic police force to focus on implementing rigorously specialized groups to bring about high efficiency, requiring the traffic police force to be strict in carrying out their duties, with an absolute spirit of upholding the law of "no restricted areas, no exceptions" to deter and create positive changes in awareness, consciousness of compliance with legal regulations when participating in traffic. At the same time, through patrol work to detect existing shortcomings and issues, it is necessary to make recommendations to the local Traffic Safety Committee or relevant authorities for timely resolution and rectification.
