Donating national flags
Provincial Youth Unions at all levels have given national flags to Youth Union members and locals on the 75th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day. Particularly, provincial Youth Union offered national flags to 33 Youth Union members, officials, civil servants and laborers. The Youth Union of Phuoc Hoa commune in Phu Giao district also donated 100 national flags to people in hamlet 1A. The Youth Union of Thu Dau Mot city gave 50 national flags for the local lodging facilities.

“Red seed” journey
On the 75th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day, Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union Standing Committee has just kicked off a “Red seed” journey under the theme of “Proudly advancing under the Party’s flag” at Hoi Khanh pagoda, with the participation of members of the city’s Youth Argument Club, outstanding young Party members just admitted in 2020.
At the pagoda, delegates offered incense to commemorate Nguyen Sinh Sac, the father of President Ho Chi Minh. They also had a chance to exchange with Nguyen Minh Giao, former Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education Commission, former Secretary of Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union, the author of the memoirs “Unpeaceful youth time”.
Nguyen Phuong Thanh, the young Party member of a non-State enterprise in Phu Tan ward said that he learnt more lessons from the journey, striving to become an exemplary Youth Union member while further making contributions to the movements of the Youth Union…
On this occasion, the city’s Youth Union also presented flowers, sent a congratulation letter to outstanding young Party members admitted in 2020; held the awards ceremony of the writing contest “Our heart is bright when remembering Uncle Ho”; commended and rewarded outstanding individuals and collectives at the online contest on the Resolution of Vietnam Youth Federation congress held by the city’s Youth Federation.
