Ten-year anniversary of the friendly cooperation between Binh Duong and Yamaguchi celebrated

 Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 6324/KH-UBND to organize a program to celebrate the 10th anniversary of establishing friendly cooperation relations between Binh Duong province and Yamaguchi province of Japan (December 2014 - December 2024). The plan aims to enhance economic diplomacy efforts, effectively raise the profile of Binh Duong province, attract foreign direct investment, strengthen relationships with Japanese localities and partners, and promote the extensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan.

The program will take place over 3 days, from December 17 to 19, 2024, at the Provincial Administrative Center and several locations in the province. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs to preside over and coordinate with agencies, units and localities to organize events to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the friendly cooperation between Binh Duong province and Yamaguchi province; develop a program to welcome the delegation of the Governor and Chairman of the Yamaguchi Provincial Council to visit and work in Binh Duong province. The Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for encouraging and guiding various sectors during the implementation process. They also oversee and compile the budget estimates to submit to the Department of Finance for review. Additionally, they advise the Provincial People's Committee on how to allocate the implementation budget.
