To celebrate the 88^th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2019), provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has implemented a plan on the organization of the Youth Month 2019 with the theme of “Binh Duong’s youths volunteering for the community”.
