Collective economy eyes stable development

In the first 6 months of 2023, the province has developed 33 new cooperative groups and 5 cooperatives. Up to now, the province has 222 cooperative groups, increasing by 10.45% of quantity over the same period with 2,062 members and operating capital of VND 47,975 billion; 231 cooperatives, increasing by 6.45% of quantity over the same period with 47,628 members and charter capital of more than VND 865 billion, an increase of 9.72% over the same period. Cooperatives operate in a variety of fields such as transport, agriculture, handicrafts, construction, trade - services, environment and people's credit funds. In the first 6 months of 2023, the production and business situation of cooperatives and people's credit funds still faces many difficulties. However, total revenue is estimated at over VND 777 billion, reaching 66.9% of the plan in 2023, and increasing by 5.22% over the same period.
