The department has verified and processed 78 out of 85 complaints, and is currently processing 7 complaints.

Among these, there are 23 applications that are not under its jurisdiction, so the Inspectorate has guided them to the competent authority for resolution. The remaining applications are in the field of environment, including 6 applications that are not under its jurisdiction.

In addition, through the hotline 1022, the Inspectorate of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has received and resolved 28 matters in accordance with regulations.
