Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration,  Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Vinh Long provincial Party Committee, on November 11, co-held a seminar on “late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet and the Vietnamese revolution” to mark his 90th birthday (November 23, 1992-November 23, 2012).

More then 80 speeches on late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet’s life and revolutionary career were sent to the seminar. Most of them highlighted his great contributions to the national liberation struggle and the national renovation, helping the country get out of the crisis, stabilize and integrate into the world. He was worthy of being an excellent pupils of the late President Ho Chi Minh.

Speaking at the seminar, Mr.Hai emphasized that comrade Vo Van Kiet was a staunch communist and a talented leader of the Vietnamese Communist Party and revolution. He devoted his life to the Party and national independence and was a politician esteemed by international friends…
