Conference to implement process of personal planning for the 14th Party Central Committee held

Early August 11, the Standing Board of provincial Party Committee held a conference of key cadres to announce the decision of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on personnel work and implement the process of introducing personnel for planning members of the 14^th Party Central Committee for the 2026-2031 tenure. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation and members of provincial Party Standing Committee chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Loi emphasized that this conference will contribute to the development of a strategic personnel plan to prepare personnel for the 14th Party Congress. “This is a very important task of the Party, which requires us to uphold the sense of responsibility before the Party, the country and the people in order to select truly typical personnel with outstanding work achievements, development prospects and fully ensuring conditions and standards as prescribed to introduce them to the Executive Board of the 14^th Party Central Committee", emphasized Mr. Loi. He also asked for delegates to uphold the sense of responsibility, promote the tradition of unity of the Party Committee, deeply grasp the guiding spirit of the Party Central Committee to introduce personnel fairly and objectively for the stability and development of Binh Duong, contributing to the overall development of the country.

According to regulations, Binh Duong province has a comrade who ensures the conditions and is introduced to the Executive Board of the 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026-2031 tenure. At the conference, delegates carried out the process of step 2 (voting to introduce personnel) in the 4-step process of introducing personnel to the Executive Board of 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026- 2031 tenure.

Earlier, the Standing Board of provincial Party Committee announced and handed over the decision of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee to appoint Colonel Ta Van Dep, Director of provincial Police Agency to join the Executive Board, Standing Board of provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure.
