Dau Tieng responds to National Day against drugs

Dau Tieng district has just held a ceremony in response to the National Day against drugs (June 26).

“Protecting youths from drug danger” is the theme of this year's Action Month on Drug Prevention and Control. Accordingly, the district’s People’s Committee has directed agencies, sectors and the People’s Committees at all levels to coordinate with the district’s Fatherland Front Committee to boost propaganda work, raising public awareness of the dangers of drugs, especially synthetic ones; mobilize people from all strata to take part in the fight against drugs; honor outstanding individuals in fighting drug-related crimes; replicate outstanding models in the anti-drug movement…

After the ceremony, the district also organized a parade through main streets to make dissemination of information about the Action Month on Drug Prevention and Control 2018.
