Dau Tieng’s economy reaches good growth with shift in right direction

Early July 18, Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation and Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee had a working session with Dau Tieng district’s Party Standing Committee about the results of implementation of major targets of the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Party congress and the Resolution of the district’s Party congress for the 2015-2020. Attending the event were leaders of relevant sectors, departments in the province.

Reportedly, after more than two years of implementing the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Party congress and the Resolution of the district’s Party congress, the district reached the annual growth of 10% with economic structure shifted in the right direction. The average income per capita of people in the district was VND45.5million. The district’s State budget collection reached the annual growth of 11%. The district was also the first locality of the province recognized as a new rural one. In addition, the district well realized Party and government building at the set requirements, contributing to fulfilling the Resolution of the local Party congress.

At the working session, Mr.Liem spoke highly of the efforts by the district in realizing socio-economic development tasks over the past time while emphasizing that the district needs to increase the value of trade-services, enhance the rate of people using clean water, have close coordination with relevant agencies to make traffic system development, contributing to the local socio-economic development.

Concluding the working session, Mr.Nam acknowledged socio-economic achievements done by the district after more than two years of realizing the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Party congress and the Resolution of the district’s Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure. He also highly appreciated contributive ideas to the district’s socio-economic development in the coming time while asking for leaders of the district to recheck targets, tasks and seek reasons, especially ones affecting the local development for timely solution.
