Working in various fields but leaguers’ common characters are dynamic, enthusiastic and volunteer manners. Besides, they join in research and apply significant scientific projects, bringing efficiency in real life.

Deserving as leaders

Talking to leaguers awarded the 1st excellent leaguer prize 2010, every one will feel that involving in youth union activities is not an easy work. Those who engaging in youth union activities must face difficulties. To bring high results in youth union activities, enthusiasm and dedication are required.

Tran Trong Tuan, secretary of Thai Hoa high school’s youth union in Tan Uyen district has engaged in youth union activities during 11 consecutive years. Aside from excelling the entrusted tasks, he wins annually prizes for his scientific projects. He shared “Youth union activity in school has characters differing from other units. Joining in youth union activities must face pressure between parents, teachers and society. We think that the school youth union must be a bridge between school, teacher, parent and society”. Indeed, Thai Hoa high school creates good results, contributing to increase its teaching quality.

Tran Thi A Hanh, secretary of Tan Binh commune youth union in Di An district is also a female leader of youth union activity. She has always engaged in youth union activities in her locality. She said “local youths need stable jobs, loans with low interest rate and playgrounds to show their ability and contribute their intellectual to the locality”. She realizes the affirmation from real activities. For her, youth union activity needs dedication and silent sacrifice.

Desire for creation

Youths desire for dedication and creation. Therefore, they always engage in movements of young creation, scientific research…

Regarding model of nail sucking motorbike, youths in neighboring provinces talk about Binh Duong. This is one of famous models invented by the local Volunteer Youth team. At present, HCMC and neighboring provinces order to possess the motorbikes.

Involving in new research models and projects will face challenges and difficulties. Tran Trong Tuan revealed he must face a big pressure for his model but it brings a huge efficiency.

Enthusiasm and dedication in labor are factors of local leaguers. If without dedication, they will not implement such significant works.
