Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular No.153 guiding invoice printing in goods and service sectors. Enterprises and business establishments are allowed to do so right after receiving tax code by January 1st 2011.

 

As for organization having business activities, household and individual business, super small enterprises, and enterprises in disadvantaged areas will be allowed to buy invoice book from tax agencies to the end of 2011. From 2012 on, those business activities are required to have self-created invoice for purposes of sales and services.
