Exchange meeting on highlights of administrative procedure reforms

In the afternoon of April 27, Binh Duong Newspaper coordinated with Department of Home Affairs and Thu Dau Mot City People’s Committee to organize an exchange meeting of ‘Thu Dau Mot City highlighted by administrative procedure reforms’. Attending the event was Mrs. Le Thi Thanh Loan, the Director of Center for Public Administration Service of Thu Dau Mot city, Mrs. Luu My Dung, the Head of General and Administrative Division of the Center.

The event was in focus of questions related to highlighted achievement of the center regarding the model of ‘friendly authority and offices’ upholding the mottos of 5 understanding approaches of ‘listening, elaborating, trust building, apologizing and saying thanks’ along with 3 expressive approaches of ‘respect, civilization, and attachment’. The event showed that the mottos have improved responsibility, ethics, public services and working styles of cadres on meeting and working with the public. Most importantly, in the process of administrative procedures, the divisions of the center have implemented notes of apologies for late processing and notes of asking for document supplementations, and so on.
