Festival for outstanding cultural families held

North Tan Uyen district’s Division of Culture and Information has just held the 2018 festival for outstanding cultural families.

This year’s festival lured 9 outstanding cultural families in the district. They experienced 3 test parts: self-introduction, aptitude performance and sports.

The festival was one of activities in response to Vietnam Family Day (June 28). This was also a chance for participanting families to exchange and share experience in building up happy families, thereby contributing to raising their awareness of the family’s role and position, the Party’s guidelines, policies and State’s laws relating to family; life skills and how to build family relations; gender equality and domestic violence prevention.
