Building a clean and strong police force to ensure security and safety for Party Congresses at all levels

On December 19, the Provincial Police Party Committee held an expanded conference of the Party Executive Committee to review Party building efforts for 2024 and to outline directions and tasks for 2025. In 2024, the Provincial Police Party Committee enhanced its leadership and direction to effectively and consistently implement crime prevention and control measures. As a result, the political security situation and social order and safety in the province continue to be maintained stably, with the decreasing rate of social order crimes by 5.8% compared to 2023.

In addition, the Provincial Police stepped up the implementation of Project No. 06 of the Government to ensure compliance with requirements and progress, which has been appreciated by the Ministry of Public Security. Traffic order and safety continue to be maintained; traffic accidents decreased in all three categories, and the number of fires and explosions reduced compared to 2023.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the provincial police officers and soldiers in the past year. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee urged the Provincial Police Party Committee to uphold tradition by developing a force that is clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern, in order to fulfill the tasks required in the new situation.
