Chien At the conference, representative of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism reported on plans of organizing Tet holiday for Year of the Wood Horse and some major festivals in 2014. Accordingly, the draft plans shall be concentrated on marking the17th anniversary of province re-establishment, 84th anniversary of establishment of Communist Party of Vietnam, and the Tet holiday.Addressing the conference, Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee demanded the sectors and agencies to tightly cooperate and promote socialization of festival activities in the manner of safety, efficiency and cost-saving.
