Namely, the cell maintains “Comrade compassionate fund”, developed “Policy family supporting fund”. Thereby, 100% officers are unanimous in contributing to local military rear, tradition of drinking water, remember its source. This fund is to visit and buy gifts for policy families, heroic Vietnamese mothers on national occasions. Lieutenant colonel Nguyen Thanh Tam, Cell Secretary, Ben Cat Military Command deputy commander, said, implementing Politburo Directive 03-CT/TW regarding learning and following uncle Ho’s moral example, Party members have demonstrated exemplary behaviors, notably, key leaders. All members of the cell have adhered to thrift practicing, namely, electronic, water, ink and papers saving.Here we can easily find bylaws board “3 remember, 3 do not” posted near the entrance with the content: “remember to switch off power, remember to turn off water, remember to close door before leaving room; do not smoke in public places, do not leave litter, do not do private things during working hours”. Lieutenant Bui Quoc Thoi, member of the cell, affirmed: “Every day, we follow uncle Ho’s teaching through little but effective and practical practices”.Up to now, there have not been any violations of military discipline, laws, and regulations of safe traffic; official norms of the cell have made significant progresses, especially, in terms of counseling higher level committee, leadership of political tasks and professional duties.Carrying out Directive 333, Directive 235 of the Regional Party Standing Committee, leaders directed to set up “4 good” cell and “5 good” Party member, improve activities of criticism and self-criticism according to Directive 10 of Central Party Secretary Committee, Military Staff, Command directed militiaman and police to patrol 8,412 times and 16,448 officers involving. The results were 178 cases, 261 criminals, 350 violations of public order, and 9,174 violations of residence.
