For the first time, Binh Duong hold selection test or deputy director of Department of Education and Training

Morning of June 19, Examination Council for leadership and management under Provincial People's Committee held a selection test for the title of Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the organization of this examination to create a healthy competitive environment; step by step renew the recruitment process of leading and managerial cadres; select qualified people for holding key positions of education and training.

To be eligible for the selection of this position, applicants must meet all prescribed standards. This year, there were 2 candidates who are working at Department of Education and Training: Vo Thanh Danh, Head of Personnel Division, and Nguyen Van Phong, Head of Junior high school - Continuing Education Division.

The candidates competed in two parts, including writing and project presentation. At the writing test, candidates wrote about general knowledge about the Party's policies and laws in education and training; specialized management skills... At project presentation, candidates evaluated the current status, analyzed strengths, constraints, causes, forecasts of development trends and proposed plans, solutions; presentation, communication skills, management situation resolving skills, leadership style; answered questions asked by the Examination Council.

This was the first time Binh Duong held selection test for a leadership title at department-level.
