From 2021 to 2025, Binh Duong strives to supply over 104,000 commercial housing units

In recent times, commercial housing has strongly developed in Binh Duong province. Currently, the province has 381 commercial housing projects under construction. These projects are mainly concentrated in localities with strong development in industry, trade and services. The total scale of the projects is about 46.9 million square meters of floor space, equivalent to about 262,000 houses; in which the main type of development is individual houses with 34 million square meters of floor space, followed by apartments and plots of land. It is expected that the supply from these projects in the 2021-2025 period will be about 15 million square meters of floor space, equivalent to about 84,000 commercial housing units.

According to the province's housing development program for the 2021-2025 period, Binh Duong will complete about 16,424,360 m² of commercial housing floor space, equivalent to about 104,053 houses. Of this, there are about 15 million square meters of floor space from projects under construction, and the province is calling for investment in new projects.
